1100 Series Suburban Fixed Headboard
The Fixed Headboard Model can be fitted to all Models of Suburban Tilt Slide bodies
Advantages of “The Fixed Headboard Model” are :
- More clearance above the body when working in confined spaces.
- The body does not need to be built to maximum length on the chassis as it can be extended when needed.
- Then fitted to lift lazy axle cab/chassis trucks the body can be extended to the rear when travelling to allow longer loads to be carried.
- The body can also be extended to the rear to adjust the weight of the load on the axles.
Features
- All styles of headboard can be fitted.
- Heavy duty guides fitted to prevent the body being lifted when in the forward position.
- Air body lock fitted to the tilt sub frame to enable the vehicle to be driven with the body in the extended position.
- Winch is mounted to the floor & moves with the body.
- Work lights fitted next to the winch.
- Safety chain mounts on the floor.
- Recessed tool trays in the floor to give better clearance at the front.
- All lights fitted to the headboard.
- Pull out style steps under the floor.
- Extendable rear lightboard to conform with RTA requirements.
